NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2006--Fitch rates Truman Capital Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1, asset-backed certificates, series 2006-1 as follows:
-- $107,403,000 class A 'AAA';
-- $9,559,000 class M-1 'AA+';
-- $8,084,000 class M-2 'AA';
-- $2,460,000 class M-3 'A';
-- $2,460,000 class M-4 'A';
-- $1,898,000 class M-5 'A-';
-- $2,249,000 class M-6 'BBB+'.
The 'AAA' rating on the class A Certificates reflects the 25.05% credit enhancement provided by the 6.80% class M-1, the 5.75% class M-2, the 1.75% class M-3, the 1.75% class M-4, the 1.35% class M-5, the 1.60% class M-6 along with overcollateralization (OC). The initial OC is 4.60% growing to a target OC of 6.05%.
All certificates have the benefit of monthly excess cash flow to absorb losses.
